The Start of Something New

Well, I might as well get started. The purpose of this blog is to keep the people informed. Specifically, the posts on this blog will focus primarily on developments in New York criminal law, about which everyday people are woefully uninformed. Importantly, these posts will be from a criminal defense attorney's perspective, so you will detect a defense bias in what I write. There will also be posts about things that I feel are important, but which may or may not be related to New York criminal law. This is definitely a work in progress, so please bear with me. Thank you.
